🍷 Cooking that takes its time
Nothing here comes out of a microwave. The bread is kneaded in the morning, the lobster comes from the Rungis market, and our lobster and foie gras ravioli in lobster sauce (€42) is meant to be savoured slowly, glass in hand. The menu changes with the seasons — ask us about today’s dish, we always have something in mind.
